This guidance document advises official establishments on how video or other electronic monitoring or recording equipment can be used to ensure compliance with requirements for food safety, the humane handling of livestock in connection with slaughter, and the use of Good Commercial Practices regarding poultry slaughter.  It relates to 9 CFR 313, 320, 381.65(b), and 417.
