Export Requirements for Singapore (Egg Products)

    1. California:
      1. The zones shown on the attached map in California on or after September 8, 2018, but prior to July 29, 2019.
      2. The zones shown on the attached map in Monterey County, California on or after April 20, 2019, but prior to September 18, 2019.
      3. The zones shown on the attached map in Merced County, CA on or after June 27, 2019, but prior to September 3, 2020.
    2. Connecticut:
      1. The zones shown on the attached map in Fairfield County, CT on or after March 29, 2019, but prior to July 7, 2019.
    3. Minnesota:
      1. The zones shown on the attached map in Minnesota on or after October 20, 2018, but prior to April 30, 2019.
      2. The zones shown on the attached map in Minnesota on or after October 31, 2018, but prior to April 30, 2019.
    4. Missouri:
      1. Within the zones shown on the attached map in Missouri on or after March 3, 2018, but prior to July 30, 2018
      2. Within the zones shown on the attached map  in Webster County, Missouri on or after November 7, 2020.*
    5. North Carolina:
      1. The zones shown on the attached map in Anson and Union Counties, NC on or after March 12, 2020, but prior to October 14, 2020 (see map for applicable dates and zones).

    Note: These products can be exported if heat treated in accordance with the Heat Processing Parameters below.

    Heat Processing Parameters

    For pasteurized egg products from zones affected with Avian Influenza virus, the processing parameters outlined in the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code Article for the inactivation of Avian Influenza (Article 10.4.25) must be met as shown below.

    Documentation Requirements

    See required documentation for all countries found in the Requirements for Processed Egg Products section of the FSIS website.

    The following statements must be typed on FSIS Form 9060-5EP or provided on an FSIS letterhead certificate:
    1. This product was processed under USDA supervision in an official establishment.
    2. The products have been handled and packed in a hygienic manner.
    3. This product is fit for human consumption.
    4. No additive and/or coloring matters injurious to health are added.
    5. This product has been pasteurized at __ °C for _____ minutes, in a process that destroys micro-organisms, including Salmonella.

    Documents must be signed by an FSIS veterinarian.
     

    Plants Eligible to Export

    The attached list of Federally inspected egg processing plants are eligible to export to Singapore.
