Export Requirements for Curacao

Note: Curacao is an autonomous country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, setting its own import requirements.

- Fresh/Frozen poultry and poultry products derived for birds originating from, slaughtered, processed or stored, or shipped from:
- California
- Los Angeles County, California on or after September 25, 2018 and before December 25, 2018;
- Merced County, California on or after June 27, 2019 and before September 18, 2019;
- Monterey County, California on or after April 20, 2019 and before July 20, 2019;
- Riverside County, California on or after December 14, 2018 and before February 25, 2020;
- San Bernardino County, California on or after January 24, 2019 and before February 25, 2020;
- San Diego County, California on or after August 31, 2019 and before February 25, 2020; and
- Stanislaus County, California on or after September 8, 2018 and before July 29, 2019 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Connecticut
- Fairfield County between March 29, 2019 and July 6, 2019 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Minnesota:
- Kandiyohi County on or after October 20, 2018 and before April 30, 2019; and
- Stearns County on or before October 31, 2018 and before April 30, 2019 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Missouri
- Jasper County on or after March 13, 2018 and before July 29, 2018 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Webster County on or after November 7, 2020 are ineligible for export to Curacao. *
- North Carolina
- Anson County on or after March 12, 2020 and on or before September 18, 2020; and
- Union County on or after March 12, 2020 and on or before October 14, 2020 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Pennsylvania
- Lancaster County on or after March 13, 2019 and before August 8, 2019 are ineligible for export.
- South Carolina
- Chesterfield County on or after March 17, 2020 and on or before August 5, 2020 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- Texas
- Hopkins County on or after March 7, 2018 and on or before June 21, 2018 are ineligible for export to Curacao.
- California
- Fresh/Frozen poultry and poultry products derived for birds originating from, slaughtered, processed or stored, or shipped from:
Documentation Requirements
- All shipments of meat and meat products must be accompanied by FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
- All shipments of poultry and poultry products must be accompanied by FSIS Form 9060-5, Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of Wholesomeness, and contain the following certification(s) in the remarks sections:
"The fresh and frozen poultry meat and poultry meat product were derived from birds that originated from and were slaughtered, processed and stored in, a region/zone (i.e. county) in which no cases of OIE defined high and/or low pathogenic Avian Influenza and/or Newcastle disease have been officially reported by the Veterinary Authority for 90 days before slaughter."

All USDA federally inspected plants are eligible to export to Curacao.
